Rather than hijack somebody elses thread (See Zeppy) I cannot activate my secure online storage; the same issue as Zeppy has identified. I have tried at different times of the day & night ( at least 10 times a day) I contacted Symantec support ( included a screen shot) they advised me that they cannot replicate the issue/problem, but as soon as they do they will update their knowledge base.... Does not help me now though!!!.
This is unacceptable, as is the solution given in another thread regarding purchasing another key and extending the subscription. Is there anybody that can assist me in finding a solution
