I have been trying to activate Norton Security on my iPhone. I have Norton360 on my windows10 computer (2 devices used with 1 available). I followed the steps to extend protection to my iOS device got the email and downloaded Norton Security to my phone but when I sign in to my Norton account to activate it, I get the message 'No Licence'.
My Norton360 version is 22.16.0.247 active to 31/08/2019 My iOS version is 12.0.1
Can anyone please help me.
To clarify SoulAsylum's information.
Only the Multi Device version of 360 allows installation on mobile devices. If you just have the regular 360, it is only for use on Windows PCs.
Also as SoulAsylum notes, the only features for iOS are a phone finder and contact backup. And they only work if you leave the app running in the background. The Apple Find my Phone app and iCloud offer the same features, and they just work better.
Hello Trevor. According to this article N360 multi-device is supported for iOS 8.0 and above. If you aren't getting the app from the iTunes store get it here. Norton only provides a limited set of protections/feature on iOS since the OS itself is sandboxed. Hope this helps solve your issue.
