I have just renewed my licence for Norton Security. Under manage devices my desktop is not showing nor can I add it. The desktop does show under services however. I cannot seem to add my device anywhere. I do not want to uninstall and reinstall the software.
I have tried to "Renew" the subscription with the same key but it just tells me I already am using that product.
Windows 8.1 fully updated (but then so is my laptop)
