My subscription is due 22nd August, the system requires me to update my card details, its the expiry date that needs updating, however each time i enter the new date the system seems to accept it, but comes up with "cannot Authorize Credit Card" and when i go back to the begining, its still got the old date. Does anyone have any suggestions please.
