My NIS subscription is about to expire and I wanted to update my billing information since my credit card info also expired some time ago. Needless to say, I always get the "Cannot authorize credit card" error whenever I try to do this. I have tried entering the credit card number without spaces, with spaces, with dashes, with dots.... a.s.o., but I don't think it's a formatting issue. There must be something else.
Please DO NOT suggest to me to enter live chat because this is the 3rd day I'm trying to do that and I'm always put on hold, even leaving the chat window open the whole day, nothing happens, no one is at the other end, EVER. I even tried opening a chat window at every hour of the day and very late into the night / early in the morning and still no luck. Why do you have such a service if it doesn't work at all, I do not know.
My product expires in a few days, I hope you will not fail in providing an answer until them, I am already raging with fury over your extremely poor product support services...
