Issue abstract: Clicking “Forgot Password” provides a OTP, but does not reset password
Detailed description: I am trying to help someone who just loaded Norton 360 on a new laptop. They previously had Norton, but do not remember their password. They are able to log in with at One Time Password – so far so good. Time to reset their old password. Ooops, they need their old password.
The problem is trying to change a forgotten password. When you log out and log back in, enter your User (email) and click on “Forgot Password”. Norton generates a OTP and logs in, but does not give an option to reset the password. Back into change password still requires the old and still unknown password.
What is the secret to get around this vicious cycle and set a password.
