Cannot change country/region in identity safe

After being promted to create the identity safe thing, I did just that and created a new 'card', however, I cannot change the country. It says 'United Kingdom' but I live in Thailand. The help info next to the country field is not help at all, here it is:

 

Online form filling is language specific. Depending on your region, a default value appears in the Country/Region field. You should change your region and create a new card before you fill forms on a Web site that uses a different region. You can also browse to a Web page of any region and then create a card. Use the Manage Cards option in the Norton menu on the Norton Toolbar. The card is created with the Web page region.

 

How to change location/region? In simple language?

I am not sure this is what you are trying to do or not, but check it out please:

 

From main 360 page, Select Settings > Identity Protection > Login to Identity Safe if you are not already > Identity Safe Options (Configure?) >  Select your country option from the Country/Region drop down menu > Apply .
