Cannot change region in Norton 360 VPN

In "My Norton" I click on the down arrow by "Secure VPN".  The full list of countries appears.  When I click on a country nothing happens.  If I select "Auto Select Region" it allocates me to UK.  Up to a day ago I could select any country but it has stopped working. I have uninstalled Norton from my computer and downloaded again from my account on the Norton website, but it has not helped.  I have run Live Update until there are no updates available.  There is no error message - just nothing happens, whereas it used to cycle through 1.  You are disconnected 2.  Making Connection  3 Your data is now secure on this computer.  Then the country I was was connected to/thru would appear as the one I selected, but this is no longer happening.  Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. I pick a country and it won't 'turn on'

And restart your computer.

 

Try rebooting your router and modem.
