I can see this is a common problem for norton users.. product is activated,live update works,but my help,feautures,performance report or any other stuff that needs connection to the server does not function. The other day i spent an hour with one of your reps who put me on remote and he could not solve the problem. He did all the uninstll,reinstall stuff a few times but no go. And he tried a few other things. I use microsoft edge,also have system mechanic installed,have disabled windows defender,which norton security does . Have latest version of norton 360 22-23.10.10. This really ticks me off that a big name security co with probably some great computer techies cannot solve this problem.
