Ran the uninstaller/reinstaller. Did the Power Eraser procedure. Cleared browser caches. Even changed to Norton's browser once. This issue is on a ASUS Laptop running Windows 10. Had this 360 subscription for about 18 months. Today - New problem (piggy-backing on two months of troubleshooting subscription and Utilities issues)! Now during the Reinstaller reinstallation, I'm in a loop of retrying to connect the installer to its own server. Norton works better on my HP PC but not perfectly either. I am asking myself why I am paying for such a poorly performing product.
