Yesterday I logged onto Online Family to change settings for my kids now that school is out. I saw a message that the version of Online Family on my kid's computer has an update but I decided to wait until today to download it. Today I can't connect though. Using my kid's computer or mine or using Firefox or Internet Explorer gives the same result.
The connection was reset

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
I saw from posts yesterday people were having this issue but it looked from that line of posts that the issue was resolved. Well as of right now I'm having the same problem.
