I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with my VPN. When attempting to connect to it using my laptop, I encounter an error message. However, the VPN functions properly on my phone. The error message reads as follows:
VPN Connection Blocked
The VPN is presently unable to establish a connection.
Error ID: 809
I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

Turning off the block on all stealth ports leaves a VERY big hole in your security. If there is no other way to get Norton to accept the connection I would limit the access to only those ports used by the connection. I don't have much experience with incoming VPN so I'm going to leave it to the 'real' experts here to give you additional assistance.

Restart your internet connection. or change the vpn server can fix the issue.
