My devices status is stuck as "Disabled" and I cannot disable Intel Anti-Theft via BIOS, or through the Norton anti-theft online control panel. I read somewhere that it can resolved by the development/management team sending a manual update command to the account, can this be done for me?

It was fixed by trijimon p r initiating the manual update command for your device. I needed to reboot my laptop in order for it to update the status.
