Hi cyberjayar,

First of all, Thanks a lot for posting on our forums. To help you further, we would need some more information from your side as this screenshot is not of much help .

1) Did you activate  Norton Antitheft on your machine. ?

2) Did you go to our website (https://antitheft.norton.com/) and click on Activate Intel AT ? If yes, Did you try to deactivate Intel AT from  the website.

3) Did you try to uninstall Norton Antitheft ?

Thanks

Aditya

3)Yes I have and i get the same error  message

Thank you again.

Hi cyberjayar,

Thanks for the information. Could you also please upload the files iclsProxy.log and iclsClient.log from your PC? The files can be found in this location -  "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Intel\iCLS Client\"

Thanks,

Triji

Dear trijimon_p_r,

I am ataching the required files.

However, i keep on encountering this message:

Please correct the highlighted errors and try again.

  • The attachment file size is too large. The maximum file size is: 2,048,000 bytes

iclsClient is 17891 KB

iclsProxy is 118 KB

2048000 is 2000 KB

How can i get around this?

if i put it on zip, the forum does not support archieved files.

once again thank you for your promt action and support.

Regards,
