Cannot download Norton Family - invalid IP address

I've been having all sorts of problems reinstalling Norton Family since I had to remove it to reinstall Norton Security.

After having an issue with Windows 10 Creators Edition and Wifi, I can now download the installer stub exe but the installer is attempting to download the file from an IP address of 10.2.101.92 which is an internal networking IP address and therefore there is no the installer will ever be able to download the file.

Therefore I am currently a bit stuck and won't be able to let the kids use this machine until I can fix...

I've been having this problem since re-installing Windows 10 Creator Edition. I am using a wired connection, but showing the same symptom
