I get a "Page not available" on my iMac when I try to logon to account or to download new service. I was able to download Norton onto my iPhone Why is the iMac device blocked from access to login and to download?
Do you already have Norton installed on the iMac?
Do you have Norton's VPN active on the Mac? If so, disable it and test your access to your Account. We have seen reports of the VPN blocking Norton's own web pages.
