Cannot Edit Logins in NIS Version 20.2.0.19

Ever since updating to the on-line version of  identity safe, I have not been able to edit my logins on any of my computers.

 

This is not an import problem, I have re-captured all logins.

 

I have searched for solutions and not found anyone saying that new logins cannot be edited.

 

If I go to Settings in Norton (or select SETTINGS / EDIT LOGINS from the Vault dropdown on the Norton Toobar) it says I have no logins.

 

If I select the login through the login assistant - a very clumsy process - I can eventually edit the login, but I assume there should be a way to edit my logikns through Settings.

 

I have NIS on 5 different computers.  All run XP.  All had a previous version of Norton, though I did a complete uninstall / removal / delete all files and folders.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
