Cannot find Norton Spam folder in my 2010 Outlook

I installed the trial version of NIS 2012 in my PC. When I opened Outlook 2010, it recognized the NIS 2012 plugin, but there is not spam folder. Can someone help? Thanks for your help & time.

Ronnie,

Under the local folders, in alphabetical order, you should find the Norton AntiSpam Folder.

Thanks for your reply Dick. That folder in not there. I familar with Norton as I have used it for many years, but for some reason, that did not get installed. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your time.

You may also check on the junk mail folder, that's where i last saw my SPAM mails go and it has been marked as Norton AntiSpam. Looks better this time i have purpose for that junkbox. :)

Thanks for that info Mark. I noticed that, too, but I thought there was supposed to be a separate AntiSpam folder, too? Just making sure none of my e-mail is going to some phamtom folder & I'm missing e-mail. I do appreciate your reply.
