I recently became aware that I cannot open my Norton Internet Security that I just installed in June. I click on the desktop icon and my computer stalls for a minute and then the screen flashes white and it's like I never clicked it. I can't open it from the file location either. I tried to do a product update through the website and it says that it cannot detect a Norton product. I have signed into my account and the only device listed is my mobile device, but not my computer. How do I fix this problem since I only had one download available and cannot download it again without purchasing again?
