Cannot fix scan for incoming & outgoing emails

Can you try deleting all the temporary files and then click on Fix now.This has worked for me.

 

 Inorder to delete temp files, Start>Run,type %temp% ,hit enter key.

This will open temp folder.Then delete all the files.

Thanks Vineeth. I did what you suggested and it didn't work.

In this scenario,I suggest you to completely remove the Norton product and reinstall it. This will resolve it.

 

 You can use the Norton removal tool to remove the product.

You can reinstall the Norton product from the following link
