!! cannot get live support after update today on 2 different pcs xp pro and win 7 !!

 a new bug found after an update about 2 pm CST TODAY live update asked to restart pc and upon doing so you cannot get  live support please try   ... and let me know it happened on a win7 x64 and on xp pro x32 so im sure its not either PC
