I unfortunately let norton auto renew. Now I am stuck with a laptop that can see my wireless router but cannot get to it because Norton has slammed down a firewall.
I live out in the sticks and am the only one within a mile who can even see the router and therefore it does not need any special encryption.
Tell me how to get past this point! How do I shut this miserable piece of crap off without having to waste the money I just let norton auto renew with.
I am very angry!
