Hello,
I have a lot of problem trying to use Norton bootable recovery tool on my window 10 laptops. They are HP and Acer laptops.
I did properly download the ISO file from the Norton support website (many times).
I have burn multiple copies of the Norton bootable recovery tool iso file from different downloaded Norton ISO files using the default windows DVD burn disc option to actual DVDs. I have used verified disc option on them. Then I check that they have files in them.
But the Norton bootable recovery too DVD failed to load on the HP laptop. I set the option to legacy mode and then used the DVD as the drive used to boot (first in the list).
Also, while the DVD did run on the acer laptop after switch to legacy mode and the DVD drive at the first in the list, it didn`t run like it should in the video.
First, the Norton bootable recovery tool start-up screen loaded, and then there were signs of improper loading… Then a weird option menu like a basic OS menu and such with basic programs and options with the Norton logo as background.
Can you please tell me how to run a proper scan using Norton bootable recovery tool DVD please?
Thanks
