So, we've had a 3PC NIS key for a few years now. We first got it for a desktop PC, and later activated the remaining two spots for a pair of laptops, all without issue. Recently, my dad got a laptop to replace the old desktop, and we've been trying to switch the third user key from the desktop to the laptop. Supposedly (according to the Norton site) this was just a matter of removing the desktop from the PC list, and using the now free spot for the laptop. So, we removed the desktop, and the PC list now only contains the two laptops from before. But when we go onto the new laptop and try to download the installer, it tells us we have no remaining installs. So are the installs one-use-only, non-transferrable things or is there a way around this that I'm not seeing?
