Cannot install Norton in a device

I have a license of 10 devices. I have installed the license in 8 devices, but when trying to install it in a new device, I get the answer that there are no licenses left.
In my account Norton 360 Premium I can see this message 10 OF 10 LICENSE(S) USED, but when going to the devices protected, there are only 8 devices, so I cannot erase a possible old device because it doesn't appear.

The devices page is often displaying incorrect information. You need to log into your Norton Account and hover your cursor over the user icon the the top right, and click on Manage My Subscriptions.  Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Scroll through the list to see any devices you do not recognise. You can click on the trash can beside the one you want to remove to free up that activation.
