I cannot install Norton Security and Antivirus 3.16.0.3185 on my NeuTab G7 tablet, which runs Android 5 Lollipop. The app downloads successfully from the Google Play Store, but I get a 504 error about 40 seconds after my tablet starts installing the download. I have performed all of Google's recommended troubleshooting steps, and I have even tried sideloading the app by copying the APK file onto the tablet and changing the Android settings to allow installation from unknown sources, but the app will not install on my tablet.
I have successfully installed the app on two different Andoid phones: my TracFone LG Sunrise, which runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and my TracFone LG Sunset, which runs Android 5 Lollipop. Of the three Android devices I have tried so far, only the NeuTab G7 tablet refuses the installation.
Can you please help me resolve this installation problem?
