Norton Internet Security. My account allows for two more installs apart from the only (primary) laptop it is on. I am trying to install on a second lapotop. I followed the instructions and sent the link from my primary laptop. I opened the email (yahoo) on the second laptop and clicked the download button. A message comes up ..Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. The diagnosis is "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection". AND The device or resource (127.0.0.1) is not set up to accept connections on port "World Wide Web service (HTTP)".
