I am unable to load N.Mobile Security on my principal device, my iPad, despite on checking my profile - it states it has.
The program is stuck at “backup/restore” & always goes to this point when clicking on the app. (It loaded fully on my 2nd device, my mobile phone, & scanned for threats immediately. I’m very annoyed at wasting so much time as my main priority was my iPad. Please help, Thankyou.
