Every time I pull up the page https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs and click Login at the top, nothing happens.
I use Chrome, but have tried on IE as well.
It's been several months since I've logged in with any ease (I wound up logged in once but don't know how that happened).
Every thread I've seen about this is locked for replies with no real solution. Can someone help me please??
