Cannot Log in to WiFi Security

After typing in my log in details the window shows "redirecting...please wait" for a couple of seconds then closes. After a while, or if I click it will open to the log in page again with the two text fields.  

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both from the installer file saved to my pc and from a fresh one from nortons own site. I have also made sure to log out of my other two devices, a lenova tablet and my samsung s7 mobile. 

Can anyone suggest what may be causing these issue. I also do not have any other VPN software on my PC. Avira gave me some issues back when I first installed Norton.

Have you restarted your computer after the install?  Not shut down and startup again, as if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled, you do not actually get a full system shutdown required to fully update running system files.  If you use Windows 10, there can be an issue with the Fast Start feature.. Are you using a Windows admin account to get the first login?
