Hi,
When I click on the "Vault Closed" link in my Norton Toolbar at the top of my browser nothing happens. There is no popup or window that opens for me to insert my vault password. Also, nothing happens when I click on the "sign in" link on my Norton 360 dashboard. It's like my computer is not communicating with the Norton server for Identity Safe.
I'm using an HP laptop with Windows 7 and IE 11. I have never had this problem before. I can log in to my Norton account by going to the main Norton Website, but that's the only way.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
