I cannot log into Norton ID Safe Vault on my iPhone 5C - I can log in and use vault just fine on my PC and can log into https://identitysafe.norton.com/ just fine - however, after I log into Norton account on the mobile app just fine but when I put my password in for vault is says it is invalid password - have confirmed passward typed correctly and obviously know that it works on all other norton log in areas fine and was told over a week ago that this is a known issue - so what's up with getting some resolution for this issue ?? BTW: iOS v7.0.4 and ID Safe v3.0.84 and I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app as well - same problem...
