Cannot Log into Norton Identity safe 1 computer

Hi,

 

We have two computers in this house.... One in the Dining Room running Norton IS 2012

 

and one in my aunts bedroom Running NIS 2012

 

I cannot get into my norton account now from either computer

 

I have changed the password but it wont accept my email or password

 

I know its [Removed]

but its not accepting the changed password or the email address

 

Please advise?

 

It works on this pc in the dining room I was able to change the pass on the dining room PC it just pops up IDENITY LOG IN I put the new password in and im there... tried it on the other PC... Nothing......

 

and as I said the password reset wont even come up it just shows in chrome spinning around and around saying Connecting.................................. but nothing happens.

 

I also CANNOT log on to Norton Online with the new password or with the @gmail or @aol addt

I cant log on to mynortonaccount.com either

 

I used the same email addy with the new account

 

and it says its wrong.

NOW i am getting annoyed

 

Createdf  the account under my old AOL account and everything worked Cloud, and local log in

 

confirmed my account.

 

But when I go to myaccount.norton.com it says its wrong

 

I used the letters like it said.,...... I CAP 1 lower and a Symbol  (( for the Cloud ))

 

I put in it as I typed it and now its saying on the account its wrong,............

 

I give up,........ any ideas?

UPDATE tried even setting up a norton account online.......

 

I just get

 

An account already exists for this email address. Sign in or try a different Email Address.

norton wont let me log on even with the password reset

 

to nothing

 

yet its logged says everything is ok on  the other pc... But I had the same problems at first.

I figured it out

 

the password was more than 6 CHAR and thats why it wouldnt take the password

 

all is well now!

Moved to own thread for better exposure.
