The Norton Family Parental Control app on my phone is not allowing me to log in as a parent. I have to choose a child to monitor on my phone. I have restarted it, and uninstalled the app. After the second time repeating this, it is allowing me to sign in as a parent on the account. This happens about every 1-2 months. How can I get it to stop doing this?
I tried the customer service chat. The person I was chatting with could not help. They told me to use the website instead.
Hi @C Weimer,
I have sent you a private message on further steps to proceed. Could you please check.
Thanks,
Norton Family Team.
Steps 1-3 are completed. When this happens, I tap continue, and get a list of my children's accounts to set up on my phone. Parent's Sign in isn't an option. It isn't on the screen anywhere. This happens after I have logged in as a parent several times. The fastest way I have been able to get around this is to use the website on my phone. It isn't the most user friendly. When I have time, I uninstall and reinstall the app several times and it allows me to log in as a parent.
