Hi, I need help! I upgraded my iPhone and now my VIP Credentials ID has changed. When I go to login to my Norton account online, it is asking me for the access number from the old VIP Credentials ID. There is no other option for me to choose; both options has an old VIP Credentials ID. Can anyone help me?
