I have a new PC with Win 11. I want to install Norton 360 (I have spare "slots"). The Login page accepts my username and password but then goes back to the login page. I have found a number of similar threads here... they are all closed and none of the solutions work for me. I Have the latest version of Firefox. I do NOT have any extensions. I have (repeatedly) cleared the history. I do know that he password is correct... I am signed in here using my Mac! What is the solution ...
As well as using the different browser, you should fully remove McAfee using the link Nathan posted above.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I did clear the cache and the history... I even reloaded Firefox... and made sure there were no extensions.... none of that worked. However peterweb's suggestion of using Edge instead did the trick. Thanks
Does it say anything else than can’t install?

I have a new HP Laptop with Microsoft Edge and Windows 11. It won't let me install my Norton and I have 7 months left on my current subscription. This darn new HP Laptop has McAfee auto-installed but you have to pay to activate it. I regret buying this new PC -- it is horrible in many ways. Main question -- does anyone know why Nortonn won't install? Message says Norton can't be installed. I had Microsoft Edge and Windows 10 on my old computer. Thank you.
Clearing the history may not be enough. Have you cleared the browser cache?
Can you try from a different browser? Edge maybe? That would tell whether it is a browser issue or not.
This does sound like an extension problem.... Some extension called Dragon something gave me the same problem a while ago...
Have you tried resetting your FireFox to original setting?
You can definitely try the direct download link that ranjan313 sent, that will enable you to log in to Norton on your PC and stay protected. Don't forget to live update after signing in.
Yes, I have too experience the same, though I use other browser to login, or sometime later, I was able to login to the my.norton.com
