I am unable to sign in (login) to the Norton Online Family website to manage my children's accounts. I get to the "home page" and click "Sign In," but the request either times out or I enter my information and it states my login request couldn't be completed and to contact Symantec. Is the website experiencing issues and when can we expect it to return to normal operations? I have no issues visiting any other sites.

Can you try again and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue? Also, the screenshot you attached does not reflect the issue you described. Are you still seeing the message on the screenshot or are you still having an issue logging in?

Albert - I am now able to login to the website. The picture I posted looks as if it timed out due to an error on my end, however, that was not the case. Sorry for the confusion.
