I am experiencing the same problem as reported in the thread

Yesterday, when trying to sign in to my Norton Family account, I got the error message "Sorry, An error has occurred on the server. Please, try your request again later. An error has occurred with our service, your data is safe, but for your protection and to prevent any possible loss of data your request was halted. The error has been logged and reported and we will look into it shortly." I repeated the attempt to sign in at least 3 times.
Now, in about 9 hours, I am still getting this error message when trying to sign in from another computer.
As the Support says that "Our team has updated Norton Family Web portal and corrected the issue" for the same previously reported issue, I am opening the new thread for my problem.
How this problem can be corrected?
