Cannot Open Norton360, UI, Driver Updater, etc

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, Rebooted in safe mode, ran repair, etc. Nothing. Not a thing works. These programs just will not open. At all. Not even the whole ‘white screen, blue circle’ issue that was going around a month or so. Just. Nothing.

@Pasghettiman There is a boilerplate when new users make a post that asks for certain information so we can help better. May we ask:

-What OS are you using, what is its version and build? IE: Windows 11 Home 25H2 as an example.
-Is Windows fully up to date?
-Do you have any other security software installed other than Norton?
-Is your Windows install an insider build?
-Do you have an ARM CPU or running Windows in S mode?

Have you used the removal tool, AND, performed a removal ONLY, restarted the computer. Then manually located and removed ALL folders named Norton, Avast and Symantec, then rebooted again. Then downloaded your product again from your Norton account and installed, retested?

Sounds frustrating! Try logging into the right Norton account, restart your device, and check if syncing is on in settings. If that doesn’t work, you might be able to restore from a backup or contact Norton support for help.
