I was able to post replies to threads normally until I installed Norton Internet Security, and now it gives me this message:
Your request was forbidden due to security reason. This may be caused by some individual personal firewall production(e.g. Norton Internet Security), please set to PERMIT "Information about visited sites" and try again.
I've tried hunting for that function but failed. I've even tried disabling the Smart Firewall, and the result is still the same.. >.< Help please?

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate, just installed Norton Internet Security today, which was bought during the past weekend.
