Hello Marie. What is it that will not allow you to post questions? Does the computer boot? Are you being blocked from using your web browser once you have booted? If your computer crashed it most likely will not work correctly. That means your web browser as well, and could be the result of more than one thing. An infection, a pending Windows update was installing, etc. Could you be more specific about what you are trying to do? Was/is there an error code when the crash happens? If so please give us that information and we can assist.
If the above is NOT your scenario, I assume you are trying to recover your AIO desktop to a functioning condition. Start, by running Windows startup repair, following this article;
