Cannot Purge Backup

Through "File Action" -> "Purge files" button, you can delete files permanently.

"Help" provides lots of intructions on how to use the "Purge Files page"

However there is no "Purge files" option that I can find via "File Action", nor any "Purge Files page" .

I can find lists of folders, via"File Action" in the new Jan 2013 version of Norton 360, in a backup structure that reproduces my C drive but I cannot do anything with it.  I cannot find the layout showing backed up files that used to be available with last year's version of Norton 360.

Norton keeps telling me I have used up all my 32 GB of backup space.  But I currently only have less than 5 GB that I want to back up.

PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN REMOVE THE ACCRETIONS OF PAST YEARS OF FOLDERS THAT I NO LONGER NEED BACKED UP.

Hello Nichol-Jo,

We have located your account and performed a quota reset and now your space should be showing as free.
