cannot reboot after norton error 304- -

While online, I got a Norton error message (error 304), stating that the computer was shutting down to do a restart.  After the computer shut down, it now won't load windows.  Saying it was corrupted or missing (Windows System 32) dill file.

 

Does this mean I have to install the Windows program again?

 

Most importantly.... can I save my current data (files, pictures, emails, etc.)

 

Help??
