I removed norton security with norton removal tools but could not get it reinstalled. "We are sorry. We are unable to download the support packages that are required to complete this installation..." is what I'm seeing each time. I'm on a MAC and I cannot access internet after I install it that's why I removed the tool. I already tried to fix file or folder permissions as indicated here "https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v105503688_EndUserProfile_en_us" but it still not work. And I cannot access HTTP websites but only HTTPs. This is also affecting my other tools including App store. It is been a week and it is really annoying! Any solutions?
