Cannot reset Identity Safe

Hi,

 

I have not used Identity Safe with my current NIS2012 installation. When I try to set it up, it asks for a password, give no hint and does not accept the pw I (believe I) used with an earlier version.

 

I have tried to reset the password, but I just get an error message saying it cannot reset it. It gives no clue as to why.

 

Any idea what I can try next?
