We purchased the norton Online Backup on 2/24 to evaluate the service and consider recommending it to our various clients. At the end of the day everything seemed to running fine with a backup in progress. When I got to work on 2/25 the backup had finished and i went to try a test restore.
Since then I have been unable to access the page to select files to restore or download, or do much of anything for that matter.
Every time the page will time out with a 500 server error and give the following message

Nobu is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away.

I waited a few hours then got on the chat support and spent about 3 hours total (2/25 and 2/26) with the rep taking remote control and trying things like resetting my browser settings and telling me to uninstall my AV. Even after I told them I have tryed several computers, with different OS's, different browsers, and different internet connections. with no success.
I am at a loss now, I have deleted the last computer I added hoping that would straighten the issues out, but so far It hasn't.
I would really like someone to take a look at this and find out what the problem is whether it be with the account, or the servers, or what. I would really like to be able to recommend this product, but right now it seems to be unreliable.
