No, no backup is running, and no windows are opened.
If you choose to defrag immediately after a reboot do you still get that message?
Yes, it still happens immediately after rebooting. It will look like it’s going to start the disk optimization and then that message pops up.
Have you checked with Task Manager to see what Applications or Processes are running.
What Operating System are you running. What is the build/version of your Norton 360 - should be 3.5.2.11 if you are on V3.
