Hello, I'm trying to install Norton Utilities 2011 and Norton Internet Security 2011 on a Dell desktop with XP2. When I put either CD in, there is no autolaunch and when I browse to the CD, no files appear there.
Prior to putting these CDs in, I uninstalled the 2010 products.
When I put the CDs in another computer with Vista or XP, they autolaunch.
Does anyone know why this might be happening?
