Cannot see instant messaging when child texting from computer to phone number

My child is texting from our home computer to mobile phone number and the connection is being record and the number of times the connection is being used but I cannot read the transcript.  The page opens and there is nothing there!  Any suggestions of how to cure this?  Does the program have the capability?  It would make sense that since the text has to be downloaded to the computer that it could be logged.  Need some help.

Adam,  As nearly as I can tell she is using AIM.  I know she has a couple of AIM screen names.

Ok, that sounds a bit different.  We do support IM over AIM so it might be possible that we can start supporting text messages sent via AIM very easily.  I'll put that on our list of enhancements to look into.
