This problem exists on three computers I have. On each, I removed all prior Norton products and did an install of NIS 2010. Everything works except I cannot send Outlook 2003 SMPT email when the Norton anti-spam COM plug-in is active; it just stays in my Outbox. If I deactivate it, email can be sent. Any adjustment to settings in NIS does not correct the problem.
Have tried Chat support but all they want to do is re-install NIS, which I have done to no avail.
